High-quality Mongoose, Derrick and King Cobra shaker screens have already been shipped to Uzbekistan

In September, we received an urgent order for preparing 740pcs shaker screens of Mongoose, Derrick and King Cobra before the Chinese National Day holiday. The production time is only 16 days left, after signing the contract, we immediately started organizing the production, and finally, within 13 days, we have finished the production of shaker screens for our customer from Uzbekistan.

We use the most advanced technology to produce a variety of shaker screens with mesh sizes from API 20 to API 400 in accordance with API RP 13C requirements. In this application there are different frames for shaker screens mongoose and king cobra, which usually there are 2 types: composite or steel frame. About service life, usually the screens on the composite frame will be longer than on the steel frame, but the screens on the steel frame are an economic solution for simple oil and gas drilling. According to our data, our composite frame shaker screens reach up to 600 hours, but different drilling conditions have a significant impact on the service life of the screens.

Derrick shaker screen have 2 different types, there are PWD and PMD screens. In terms of area, pyramidal screen will be larger than flat screen. Which screen are used depends on the conditions at the drilling site.

Our shaker screens have the following advantages:

2. Smaller than API 50 have double-layer design, larger than API 60 have three-layer design. 3
3. Made of SS304 or SS316L stainless steel.
