Elevator type DD & DDZ

Drilling elevators are a lifting device that serves to connect the drawworks rope to the drilling apparatus when lowering or lifting it from the well. There are drilling elevators of various designs, load capacities and degrees of automation during their operation. KINGWELL can supply drilling elevators for casing pipe, drill pipe, tubing pipe and other elevators. All drilling elevators are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 8A/8C specification.

Type of drilling elevators: central latch drilling elevator, side door drilling elevator, slip type drilling elevator, auxiliary elevator.

KINGWELL offers center latch elevators with square shoulder (Model DD, lifting capacity from 150 to 350 tons and size from 2-3/8″ to 5-1/2″) and 18° taper shoulder (Model DDZ, lifting capacity from 100 to 750 tone and sizes from 2-3/8″ to 6-5/8″).
