Tubing Hydraulic Power Tong is equipped for workover, mainly used for make-up or break-out in tubing tripping operations under workover or commissioning conditions. The Tubing Hydraulic Power Tong is an ideal tool for loading and unloading of oil pipes, small casing pipes, and small drill pipes in oilfield workover.

Technical Features of Tubing Hydraulic Power Tong

The Tubing Hydraulic Power Tong is equipped with a hydraulic motor with low speed, high torque and reliable operation.
A Tubing Hydraulic Power Tong consists of a master wrench and a retention wrench. With the help of a manual diverter valve, the retention wrench can perform synchronous compression of the pipe together with the main wrench.
Changing the dies and supports of the dies (jaws) allows you to use the wrench for pipes of different diameters.
In the main and retaining wrenches, install the clamping mechanism in both directions, you just need to turn the knobs on the main key and the holding wrench up to 180 degrees, so make a switching clamp.
The Tubing Hydraulic Power Tong is equipped with a safety door, which increases safety during operation.
At the request of the customer, a torque control valve can be equipped.
At the request of the customer, an automatic torque adjustment system can be installed.
