2 set linear shale shaker was sent to Uzbekistan

We, Kingwell, have just finished production and shipment of 2 set  linear shale shaker for our customer from Uzbekistan. This shale shaker is a linear shale shaker with the installation of 2 long vibrating motors on a vibrating deck, used to clean the drilling fluid in the circulation system from the drilling rig. In order to meet the needs of customers, we have specially manufactured linear shale shaker, which can use single screen panels like Derrick FLC 2000.

In addition to the screens for this linear shale shaker, the shale shaker is also installed the vibrating motors of OLI brand to ensure long service life. The biggest advantage of our shale shaker is the ability to use Derrick spare parts, it is possible to reduce the amount of spare parts stored in the warehouse, and reduce the cost of operation.

Characteristics for linear shale shaker:

• Vibrator of the Italian brand - OLI, or Martin or Ital-Vibras.
• The maximum G force reaches 7.5G, the G force is adjustable according to the condition of drilling fluid.
• Heat treatment of the vibrating deck for long service life.
• Heavy anti-corrosion painting on shale shaker, 3-layer painting.
• Mechanical tilt adjustment for stable and reliable operation.
• Brand of main components: Siemens/Schneider etc.
• The screens are manufactured in accordance with the API RP 13C standard.
