15 sets Mud Agitators KWJBQ series was sent to Uzbekistan

Mud agitators in the amount of 15 sets was just being shipped from to Uzbekistan, the production of the mud agitator has just ended. In order to meet the requirements of our customer, we finished the production of 15 sets agitators in 10 days, because of our efficient work. KWJBQ series mud agitators are one of the important equipment in the drilling mud system, used in drilling primarily to prevent the settling of solids, so as to stabilize the circulation of the flushing fluid, mix evenly.

The mud agitators, also called a mud mixer, consists of an explosion-proof motor, gearbox, impeller and other components. KWJBQ series mud agitator has the following features:
a) Worm gear reducer is used, compact structure, good attract performance, reliable performance.
b) Worm drive and explosion-proof motor equipped, suitable for field work under harsh conditions.
c) Explosion-proof motor and reducer input shaft are indirectly linked, instead of belt, so the impeller has a constant stirring speed because of not through belts.
d) Mud agitator with great intensity, wide spread range, when starting, to avoid motor current, overload phenomenon from construction design.

Besides the worm gearbox for the agitator, we also have bevel gear reducer, which has high efficiency on the transmission. According to the connection type between the reducer and the motor, there are direct connection and connection with the coupling.  And also, we have a vertical agitator for your choice.  In addition to agitators, we can also supply you with equipment for mud system, drilling waste treatment, shaker screen, etc.
