KINGWELL produces swivels for oil and gas drilling with lifting capacities from 110 to 585 tons. This drilling swivel is a mechanical device used on oil and gas drilling rigs. The drilling swivel is designed to support drilling tools in weight, and to seal the drilling fluid channel at the junction of the stationary parts with the rotating string of drill pipes. The drilling swivel hangs directly below the hook block and directly above the kelly drive, allowing the kelly and drilling pipes to rotate while the traveling block remains in a stationary rotating position (while allowing vertical movement up and down the mast), simultaneously ensuring the introduction of drilling fluid from mud pumps into the drilling tools.
Drilling swivels are included in the set of drilling rigs for oil & gas production and deep exploration wells, but also for drilling water well and mining well.
