Mongoose and Derrick FLC500 shaker screens shipped to Russia

The testing of shaker screen is one of the most effective ways to measure the quality of shaker screen. Of course, you can see their shaker screen photo, API or ISO certificate, and also see the production of shaker screen in factory. But by testing of shaker screen will be more effective. Recently, as the request of our customer, which is one of the biggest drilling mud service companies in Russia, we sent them 4pcs of Swaco Mongoose shaker screens and 3 pcs of Derrick FLC503 shaker screens. As we are confident in the quality of our own screens, we decided to send screen samples to customers for testing.

Our shaker screens have the following advantages:
1. Our shaker screens have been tested according to API RP 13C standard.
2. Shaker screens smaller than API 50 are double-layer structure, larger API 60 is three-layer structure, to get longer service life.
3. Made of SS304 or SS316L stainless steel.
4. Composing screens: the service and storage life is longer, without changing the characteristics up to 140 degrees.
5. Steel frame screens are a good option to save money.
6. Different color as your requirement.
