Model C pneumatic spiders are used to automate operations related to the repair of oil pipelines, and they are universal and can successfully function during normal work (clamping, holding, centering and release) with drill rods, casing, etc. Pneumatic Spider model C is manufactured according to API spec 7k specification, with a declared load capacity of up to 80 tons. The use of air as an power source leads to high operational efficiency.

The CHD Pneumatic Spider is a technologically necessary high-power auxiliary pipe grabbing device in drilling equipment, designed for operation in oil fields in order to automate operations for clamping, holding, centering and releasing drill pipes, tubing or casing pipes during drilling or workover of wells. Its declared carrying capacity is up to 125 tons.

Each pneumatic spider is manufactured in accordance with the API SPEC 7K specification and is subjected to a series of control tests before direct operation, which are guaranteed to confirm its readiness.  The product is accompanied by a package of certification documents and is supplied in rigid wooden containers, which do not allow deformation during transportation.
