Vertical Submersible Pumps Successfully Shipped Overseas

  The vertical submersible pump is very popular used for pumping drilling fluid in oil and gas drilling. The vertical submersible pump is a centrifugal pump with the vertical structure and single suction, known for its characteristics as: easy installation and maintenance, economy and good performance. It is usually used instead of horizontal centrifugal pump to feed drilling mud into shale shaker, mud cleaner, desander and disilter, and most importantly for feeding drilling mud to centrifuge. 

  We have recently shipped more than 12 pcs of vertical submersible pumps. Now normal work has already begun on the drilling site.
  The part of contacted liquid are made of wear-resistant alloys, can transmit liquid with highly concentrated solid phrases. There is no bearing and seal between the wheel and the pump housing, easy to maintain.

  In addition to the above, vertical submersible pumps are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, smelting, dyeing, pesticides, rare earth elements, leather to transport various non-oxidizing acids, which do not contain suspended solids, do not crystallize well, and have a temperature lower than 100°C. It is the most suitable equipment for aggressive environments, such as hydrochloric acid, diluted sulphuric acid, ant acid, acetic acid and oily acid.
