Spare parts for the NM053 screw pump are ready for shipment to Ecuador

In the oil industry, screw pumps are often used to transport various liquids, especially for delivering liquids to centrifuges for processing. Recently, the screw pump spare parts we are sending to Ecuador have been processed and are ready for shipment. These spare parts will be used for the NETZSCH NM053 screw pump at the customer's service site.

The screw pump rotor in these spare parts is made of 316L stainless steel, which is processed on precision machine tools. The surface has also undergone wear-resistant treatment to improve the wear resistance of the screw pump stator. During communication with the customer, we learned that the customer's material temperature ranges from 90 to 120 degrees Celsius. For the screw pump stator, we use fluororubber to enhance the stator's high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Initially, nitrile rubber was used at the customer's site. We believe that after our adjustment this time, the service life of the screw pump stator at the customer's site will be significantly extended. The stator material is imported from Germany, which can ensure excellent quality.

In addition to the screw pump rotor and screw pump stator, the customer also ordered other spare parts. All spare parts will be shipped to the customer by air in the near future. We hope that after the on-site installation is completed, this will bring a good user experience to the customer.
