Custom‑ordered Gas Separator and Flare Unit Shipped to Oilfield

Recently, we have completed manufacturing the drilling‑mud gas separator and flare unit, which have been shipped overseas to an oilfield site. This time, these gas separator and flare unit were specially engineered to meet the customer's requirements.
Our gas separator and flare unit allow easy connection to the choke manifold and mud‑system tanks, delivering safe and reliable operation. They ensure clean gas‑liquid separation within the designed capacity, satisfy requirements for pre‑treatment of drilling fluid at the well site, and enable ignition of separated vented gas.
The gas separator features a vertical configuration, consisting of a base, separator assembly, gas discharge port, drilling‑mud inlet, piping, valves and instrumentation. Its main vessel is fitted with a foldable support frame.

Main parameters of the gas separator:
- Overall dimensions: 3020×2000×10150mm (L×W×H)
- Liquid‑handling capacity: 6m³/min
- Gas‑handling capacity: 375000 Nm³/day
The flare unit is mainly composed of a main body, anti‑flashback device (with bypass shut‑off valve), high‑voltage ignition transformer, control panel, ignition tube, high‑temperature high‑voltage cable, corrugated hose, propane gas cylinder, mounting bracket and wind‑resistant steel cable.

Technical specifications of the flare unit:
- Burner (flame‑tip) diameter: DN200mm
- Burner height: 12m
- AC supply voltage: 220V
- Ignition unit output voltage: 16kV
- Ignition frequency: 100‑1000times per minute
