Cement Slurry Preparation Unit and Cement Transfer Hopper Shipped to Uzbekistan

Recently, we completed the production of a cement slurry preparation unit within a short timeframe and shipped the cement slurry preparation unit to Uzbekistan. This is one of our advantages. We can provide clients with individual solutions that meet their special requirements.

The cement slurry preparation unit consists of the following: 
1). 2 pcs. cement slurry preparation tanks with a total volume of 24 m³. A KWJBQ075 vertical agitator is installed above the tank to ensure uniform mixing of the cement slurry. 
2). 1 pc. KWSLD50 mud hopper for mixing the cement slurry.
3). 2 pcs. KWSB6X5-13 mixing centrifugal pumps with a power of 45 kW. This pump can be replaced with a Mission centrifugal pump. 

In addition to the above cement slurry preparation unit, we also prepared a circular and conical hopper for transferring cement to silos. A diesel generator will provide power, and a screw compressor will provide compressed air to the cement transfer hopper. To reduce transportation costs, the client decided to manufacture the silos themselves in Uzbekistan.
