7 high-speed drilling fluid centrifuges delivered to Central Asia

Seven KWLW35-VFD high-speed drilling fluid centrifuges have been shipped to Central Asia. These variable-speed centrifuges will be deployed on the Uralmash 3D-320 drilling rig to remove fine solid particles from drilling fluid, ensuring optimal fluid performance and enhancing drilling efficiency.
Drilling fluid is a critical component in well drilling operations. Its composition, properties, and purity directly impact operational efficiency and safety. During the drilling process, rock cuttings and fine particles become mixed into the drilling fluid. This not only reduces wellbore productivity but also accelerates equipment wear. 1.  Stainless Steel Drum Construction
The centrifuge bowl is manufactured from SS316L stainless steel using centrifugal casting technology. This advanced manufacturing process significantly improves casting quality and extends equipment service life. The drum can also be custom-made with alternative stainless steel grades including SS2304 and SS2205.
2.  Enhanced Screw Conveyor Protection
Wear on the screw blades directly impacts centrifuge longevity. Our solution incorporates tungsten carbide (WC) spray coating or WC alloy wear-resistant liners to effectively protect the screw conveyor components.
3.   Wear-Resistant Discharge Ports
Both drilling fluid discharge outlets and solid-phase ejection ports are equipped with tungsten carbide alloy wear-resistant sleeves.
4.  Premium Bearing System
Utilizes SKF/FAG support bearings to ensure reliable operation.
5.    Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Control
The frequency-convertible drive system enables stepless adjustment of operating parameters, optimizing processing performance according to drilling fluid type and composition.
