42 Kelly Valves Shipped to Uzbekistan

Recently, after factory testing, 42 Kelly valves are ready for shipment to Uzbekistan. Kelly valve is a manually operated ball valve for the drill string, divided into upper and lower sections. It is an effective blowout prevention tool. Drilling fluid can flow freely through the Kelly valve without a pressure drop. Using a special wrench, turn it 90° according to the instructions to turn it on and off. This customer ordered 42 Kelly valves from us, in sizes 108mm, 120mm, and 162mm.

108mm Kelly valves are used for the 73mm drill string. The Kelly valve bore diameter is 32mm, and the operating pressure is 70 MPa. The connecting thread of the nipple and box ends is NC-31.
120mm Kelly valves are used for drill strings with diameter of 89mm. The Kelly valve bore diameter is 50mm, and the operating pressure is 70 MPa. The connecting threads of the nipple and box ends are NC-38.

162mm Kelly valves are used for drill strings with diameter of 127mm. The Kelly valve bore diameter is 68mm, and the operating pressure is 70 MPa. The connecting threads of the nipple and box ends are NC-50.
