336 Screen Panels with Composite Frames Shipped Abroad

KINGWELL successfully completed the production and delivery of a batch of high-frequency shale shaker screen Panels for oil well drilling. A total of 336 screen panels were successfully shipped to oilfield in Uzbekistan. These screen panels will be used to improve the efficiency of drilling fluid purification and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the customer’s drilling equipment.

Customized Screen Panel Solutions Meeting International Market Requirements
Two types of screen panels were delivered this time:
• 240 screen panels for Mongoose shale shakers (size: 585×1165 mm)
• 96 screen panels for ZS703 shale shakers (size: 700×1250 mm)
All screen panels are made of high-precision composite materials, with wire meshes crafted from 304-grade stainless steel. This combination integrates high strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, while also being adaptable to extreme vibrations and wear during oil well drilling. Thanks to the optimized weaving process, the screen panels enable more precise solid-phase separation, effectively reducing the amount of residual drilling cuttings, increasing the drilling fluid processing speed, and helping customers lower the overall costs of mineral extraction.
